One of my most favorite things to do is going to my hair appointment at Creative Strands! I always have a very pleasant experience. Karim is just AMAAAAZZZZING!!! No matter what kind of cut or color that we do, I leave with perfect hair each and every time. They have a very nice boutique too. The items they sell are quite unique. Karim and Kathy always make me feel very special. These two ladies are highly professional and provide a superior service! Just an awesome, cool salon! Love it!

I chose this place based on the 5 star reviews. The salon is cute, and the people were nice. Unfortunately, my hair turned out very bad. I know people make mistakes, and hair will always grow out; but, if I am basing a place off reviews I would expect a place with 5 stars to at least make my hair look decent. I have been getting my hair highlighted for over 10 years by different people and I have never had a problem. I told the lady that I wanted highlights, I wanted them to look natural, and basically just fix my roots. She kept asking me what brand of product and what color number that my previous colorist used. I had no idea, I have never had someone that is highlighting my hair ask me that before. Once she took out the foils she asked me to go back to the chair because she didn't like the way my color looked and she was going to fix it. My hair was highlighter yellow. She made a comment about how she couldn't let me leave "looking like big bird". After she went back through and did another set of foils it looked better, but still pretty terrible (every single friend and family member that I have seen since then has made a comment about how BLONDE my hair is). She said I could come back the next day for her to work on it some more for free, but I didn't because I didn't want 3 sessions of chemicals in my hair in 2 days. I just think that if I am going to pay 130 dollars for some simple highlights, everyone that is working there should know how to do that. I'm sure there are great people that work there, I just happened to get someone who wasn't great. As she was doing my hair she was telling me about how it would take her multiple times to get someones hair looking "just right". I would just expect a salon that charges the price that I paid to make sure they have experienced people.

Very personable and willing to cut your hair however you want it. Offers soda or coffee or tea to drink. I enjoyed my last visit and have since gotten several compliments on my hair cut. I recommend thIs salon.

Karim is hands down the best stylist and colorist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. I always enjoy my time when home and able to see her. would recommend to anyone looking for someone up to date on styles and suggestions on what would look good on you. I am way past a visit to her and can't wait to be where I am able to get to Enid.
