I have had no issues with the haircuts I have gotten or my children have got. People working there have been friendly.

My daughter went here to have her hair done. They fried it. And had to cut off almost 8 inches and it looks like a hack job. And charged her $175 to do it. It is breaking off, it looks like straw, she can't style it at all it is just hanging in clumps from her head a week before prom. I'm super ticked off about it and intend to tell anyone who will listen. As the professional on the situation the hairdresser should have refused to attempt to do what my daughter wanted done as she should've known this is what the outcome would have been. It's awful. Just to achieve the color she told her she could achieve. I'm not impressed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible haircut. Got home and saw how bad it was and had to try and fix myself. Missed a bunch of long hairs above my ear, and the fade in the back looked like a step up. This is the second time they screwed up my haircut, thought the first time was a fluke and gave them a second chance......
