First lady was very nice. Took our info and had us sit. Sencond lady came out to cut my husbands hair, and let me tell you, I should've waled out right then. She thought it was me that was getting my hair cut, and when she learned that it was to be my husband instead, she began to sneer. He explained that he wanted a 40s business cut and showed her a picture, to which she sneered and half glanced at the picture. She was grumpy the entire time. She never let my husband look in the mirror. I saw that she was cutting it too short. She didn't apply a neck paper. Flung the cape off so hair went everywhere and never bothered to brush him off. Also cut 1/4 inch down to skin behind the ears, but couldn't be bothered to even touch sideburns? Right side of top of hair is a solid inch shorter than the left. I'm not sure if this girl even went to hair school . I will never go back here again, and I shouldn't have paid her at all

Just got my hair cut here. Horrible service, the lady was hunched over in the corner looking at her phone and didn’t even acknowledge my existence for a good 5 minutes until I said hello. Then seemed like I was inconveniencing her that I was getting a haircut. While the haircut took place she began to ask me typical questions like how is your day, did you just get off work. I responded then asked her a few questions myself of how her day was going and had it been a busy For her today. My questions were met with dead silence. Come to find out she was more focused on the podcast she was listening to in her headphones which I could hear playing the whole time. Unfortunately she had so much focus on what she was listening to she didn’t have any care as to what my hair turned out looking like. $20 bucks wasted, now I have to have someone else see if they can fix it or I’ll just have to shave my head. Thanks for ruining my hair!!! Stay far as you can away from this place!

The stylist was so rude. Not professional, friendly nor knowledgeable in cutting hair. terrible choppy haircut. My 8 yr old grandchild could have done a better job. No wonder they do not have many customers.

Worse experience ever! Should have just waited to get in at French twist, lady that attended me and my son was very rude, never made a conversation and when I told her how I wanted my sons hair cut she would just nod her head and not even do it, not pleased with how his haircut even came out! Never going there again!

First visit 5 stars: My boyfriend needed a hair cut for a last minute job interview and this was our saving grace. Sadly, I can't remember who we worked with but she was friendly, fast, and kind! She eve gave some hair care tips for him and trimmed his eyebrows. We will be back! Second visit 1 star: I worked with Michele I think was her name. My shoulders got super wet during hair wash, she didn't fully dry my hair at the end. I have an undercut which she left uneven and she did not shave my neck so the back of my head is smooth but then I had to shave the rest at home myself. Very displeased.
