I went to a “stylist” and I use the term loosely, at this salon, yesterday, and had the worst experience, that I have ever had, at a hair salon, in my lifetime!! The stylist’s name is Rene’ and I brought her a photo of the cut and color that I wanted and she agreed that she could do that. When I made the appointment, over the phone, she had said that it would cost $65. No additional fees were ever discussed. I ended up leaving with a cut that was 2-3 inches shorter than I wanted and nothing, like the picture, that I brought to her! Also, I thought that she had charged me $80, on her Square up credit card charger, but when I got home and looked more closely, I realized that she, in fact, had charged me $180 for this awful haircut!!!! When I went back to the salon today to “clear” up, what I assumed was a mistake, she said that there was NO mistake and that she would NOT refund me anything, for my dissatisfaction, with her service! Even after speaking with the owner of the salon, Lois, who seemed very nice, but said that her hands were “tied”, with regard to requiring Rene’ to refund me, any money, due to her being an “independent agent” at the salon. This is a HORRIBLE way to conduct business and Rene’ is a complete scammer, and I recommend, to anyone looking for services, to take your business elsewhere!! ANY where else would have been better for me!!!!!!!! 😡

I have long curly hair and since I found Gina at "Loose Ends" it has never been healthier/look better. People are always giving compliments and telling me how much they love my hair. I trust Gina, she always does a great job and my "hair" is really happy to have her! Alejandra Methot

Loose ends? Should rather be called "Fried Ends" A 2 hour appt for a bleach job took 7 hours and that bc she did 4 clients inbetween my appt. Fried my hair and its still falling out in chunks. Not only that but took 5 inches off without my permission and also cut a huge chunck out of side of my head.. Im so sad bc i tried to call and resolve this matter with the owner tho she didnt do it and left my number with the promise of a call back and resolve.. I didnt recieve any call back or resolve..so i sit here angry and upset and wouldnt recommend rhis place to my worse enemy. I feel i should at least be reimbursed for my money or at least been called back..
