Keirsten colored and cut my hair today. She is a lovely young lady and did a great job on my hair. I have rescheduled with her for next month. A bright and cheery environment.

Terrible. I went in for a layered cut, and to have it brought up to collarbone length. A hairdresser named Crystal cut it and when I told her she was cutting it too short she already had it uneven, and she *kept cutting* so I was stuck, and it ended up being chin length and a bob with no layers! How the hell can you get it so wrong? I will admit I went to a different hairdresser because the hairdresser named Sissy is only there every other month, so you can't get any regular schedule. Plus she is always saying "I luvvvv you" and kisses you. Grooosssss. I tried to give them a chance but the hairdressers are stupid and creepy, and I wish I could give minus stars.
