I went there with my friends at the first time and they had a really good cut for men while I didn't cut my hair at this time. But, the second time I went there for my haircut, there was a male barber who had less patient and refused to give me advice. So, I would recommend the people who want to go there have a nice haircut to have other two female barbers. The haircut includes hair wash but the male barber didn't ask me this service spontaneously, it's quite terrible.

Review based solely on poor customer service. I called to confirm. That they had a child friendly area and the woman who answered acted like she didn't know what that meant and then rudely said well we have an area where kids can watch TV and kids chairs in the back (this would be a kid friendly area fyi). So I let it go and asked about available appintments and she said today they were booked. I asked about tomorrow or later this week and she said she had morning and afternoon what did I want? I told her I just needed two together and I could make it anytime and she said "Wll Inhave morning or afternoon so....". Ultimately she was just very short with me and I decided I would be happier looking for a different salon. Or maybe I'll keep taking them to Little Angel's in Salem eventhough we just moved and it's far at least they're pleasant.

Zero stars. Always bad service. Was told it was a 15 minute wait and 40 minutes I was still waiting. Not busy at all, they were just too incompetent to figure it out.

Took my boys for a back to school haircut done by someone other then myself....should have done it myself! I am noticing big chunky parts where there should be clean lines. She wasn't social with my kiddos, when i asked her to redo a line she had marked she seemed very annoyed. Will not be returning to this salon.
