I'm writing this review because I had terrible service and I did not even have a hair appointment. I had called the salon to speak with the manager about a community event that various community partners were putting on the for homeless and low-income individuals and families in Corvallis, and when I asked to leave a message for the manager, the receptionist snapped, "I am very busy right now and I don't have time to take a message." She promptly hung up on me. I was so disheartened by such rude service that I no longer have any interest in partnering with this business or going to this business for personal services. Polite manners are not difficult to provide.....ESPECIALLY if your business involves customer service.
