I made an appt. with Christy, the owner. I needed a TRIM and color. I showed her a pic of myself with how short the back should be. The whole time she was cutting my hair I was filled in on her baby daddy drama. This is the first time we met, mind you. She chopped my hair to pieces and upon completion just took the cape off not even handing me a mirror to see the mess she had made. I told her I needed my hair fixed and we made an appt. for me to come back later that evening. I was so embarrassed leaving this way. She text me about a half an hour later telling me she would not be able to keep the appt. and offered no resolution. What a disappointing and frustrating experience. This was a very frustrating experience and I do not recommend getting services from this salon.
