Ambience is our 'hidden treasure' here in Southern Oregon. Let me tell you what makes them exceptional:
After calling about 15 other nail places and leaving subsequent voice messages I made one final, desperate call to Ambience. I was stumbling over my words because after just two rings a warm and friendly voice greeted me. I explained my issue, which was that my 14 year old daughter had gotten her nails done at a local nail salon that morning and they had turned out awful. Because we only had a very small window of time in which to fix them, I had held little hope that we could rescue the situation. We decided to ask for just 4 of my daughter's nails to be given a French manicure. The nail tech immediately understood and made room in her back-to-back schedule for us at 3pm that day. The last thing she said was- "...and don't worry, it's going to be okay ". My daughter and I had tears in our eyes when we hung up. We arrived at 3pm and even though we had requested the barest minimum, your nail-tech gave her whole set a French manicure, as well as fixed the length issues AND the shaping issues. She then decided to bless us even more by charging us nothing for the visit! For us, as adults in this world, facing real problems and sometimes huge issues, it's easy to forget what it's like to be 14 years old, their freshman year just days from begining and how awful it might be to do so with a set of nails that were all-together unsightly IS A REAL PROBLEM AND A TOTAL ISSUE. This kind woman, in her own hectic world, reached out to us and made a huge difference, touching us with empathy, consideration and compassion. I tell you, this representative of Ambience is an incredible testimony to not only professionalism but also to our fellow man. We call this, a miracle! WE WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE. AS WELL AS TAKING OUR BUSINESS BACK TO YOU, which hardly seems enough for what we get in return...(and somehow in our chaos we failed to get this angels name!)Thank you so much for being the very, very best.
