I usually get a good hair cut and the staff is good at communication. Tonight the person did not ask me once if my hair or bangs were short enough or spoke to me period. My hair was left a good 1/2 inch to long. She had already removed the cape before asking me then if it looked Ok. I replied, I guess it will do! I have a spinal cord injury and could not sit any longer or I would have had her shorten it up. I am very disappointed.

This is a whole different barber experience. They actually keep track of your trends and preferences so if you get a new person, they automatically know what you've had done and what you mentioned previously. Good prices and friendly folks.

I go here for quick trims and have never had an issue. I'm not going to this place expecting to get a top of the line haircut, but what I got was ridiculous. The gentleman who cut my hair really needs to go back to school and relearn how to cut hair. My hair is ruined!!! My advise to you, if you walk in and he is there, turn around and go back when he isn't there! Dont risk the possibility of getting chosen to sit in his chair!!! I truly wish I would have done that myself. Wish I could post a pic so you all could see the blatant lack of ability I now have to walk around with. Update- I went back in and got my hair fixed by the most wonderful girl! She was able to correct the issue, the best she could. Thank goodness for her!! - the photos are before photos.
