The new manager complete changed the staff and store! I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff that actually knew how to do ethnic hair....in Eugene thatâ€™s unheard of!!!!!

I asked for an A line and got a pixie. The more I look at it the more angry I get..It is not even even on both sides.. I had to go ahead and give myself bangs because who has no bangs with hair this short on the sides.

This place is amazing! I had a terrible experience at the one in Medford, I explained my fears to Starla. She was incredibly sweet, walked me through the process and helped color my damaged hair to an ombrÃ©. I was scared the color would be orange but Starla reassured me and I walked out with a beautiful blonde even after I box dyed my hair! Thank you Starla, you are amazing I will be a regular for sure!
