Tried to check in online, the wait time online said 0 min. wait time, would not let me check in. So I called the store to get around the issue, the staff was able to help, I was really in a time crunch and wouldn't have much to spare, the awesome ladies were able to help all with great attitudes! Much appreciated Sports Clips! You're the best! Will be back!

Great haircuts but the last 3 times I’ve gone in the wait has been well over an hour due to severe understaffing. This NEEDS to be fixed OR they need to start taking appointments. It’s stupid to walk in and hope that you don’t have to wait over an hour. I really want to come back, I even bought prepaid haircuts but I’m a busy man (aren’t we all?) and there’s no way I can wait that long. You wasted my time today Sport Clips, and it’s not the first time! It may be the last! Get it right!
