I usually love them but yesterday my hair was cut three inches shorter than asked and it's really choppy and uneven, my family members have been cutting out the strands that are longer than the haircut it's self, wasn't worth the 35$ looks like something a kid would of done. It's so short it can't really be fixed without being cut even shorter than it is. I'll never go back again.

carolina is great! she takes multiple classes to stay up on the latest. she always listens and if I want something different she gets right on it!

I have been going to carolina for 10 years now and I have always got exactly what i want. I went to 2 other people in this town that couldn't even blow dry my hair right. Then i found carolina.

Went to get some acrylic nails done for the first time as a birthday present and Carolina was busy talking to her teenage daughter the entire time while doing a half assed job on my nails, I had to file them myself a little bit because she got up to do something for her daughter (let it be known her daughter wasn't in distress or anything, just seemed to get everything she wants-when she wants it). It took her two hours, and they were very sloppy and not worth the money. Very disappointed
