I went in for a body perm and came out a stringy mess. I was happy before I left because she left my hair wet, which I did not mind but later when my hair fully dried I noticed all of the the straight pieces of hair. My hair is kind of wavy with flat hair mixed in so it makes my hair look very stringy. While Maxine was working on my hair I told her I would rather have too much curl than not enough. Well I didn't get enough and I am not pleased. Christy did not seem to care one bit that I was not happy which is just bad service! I called this morning to see if they could help me fix this and Christy told me if anyone else was going to fix it they would charge full price because Maxine would be out for 2 to 3 weeks. Christy did not ask what I was unhappy about or how we could resolve this and I would have been willing to pay half to fix what they didn't get right the first go round, which is wrong! Christy should be concerned with all customers being satisfied and as a good business owner do what you can to keep PAYING customers happy. Would not recommend this place to anyone not just because of the crappy job that was done on my hair but more so because of the lack of concern Christy had for an unhappy customer. Was referred to this salon by someone to see Tina. I walked in today and the lady who was there asked me if she could help me with something. I said yes I was wondering how much a haircut and bang trim is. She said "we don't have any openings today." in a very rude snooty tone. I didn't ask if she had any openings today. I asked how much a haircut is and she didn't answer my question at all then was rude and snooty on top of that?? She didn't offer to schedule me.. she treated me like she didn't want my business or me there at all. I used to own a barber shop. If I had a stylist that was rude like that and doesn't answer customer's questions or try to get them on the books, she wouldn't be working for me anymore. I will never go back to this salon. Worst service I've ever had at a salon.
