Love love love this place. Nice ladies, good memories from previous visits after 6 months. Takes health issues for people. Prices good. I give them A++

I had never used groupon before and didn't realize you had to buy straight from Groupon and not just show it to them like a coupon. Janet didn't talk about pricing until after it was all done, and wouldn't honor the Groupon price. She hadn't any sympathy for the fact that sometimes people get confused and aren't always technologically savvy. She way overcharged me. I was already extremely broke from paying for an entire wedding myself since my parents couldn't help. I ended up having to go home and borrow money from my sister since it was so much more expensive than I originally thought. They should definitely talk pricing first to avoid these sorts of confusions. Had I known how much I'd be paying, I would have gone elsewhere, so many places charge less for the same service.

I needed to find a new salon and wanted one closer to my home. I called several salons in my area and Le Charme Salon was the only one in my search that actually answered their phone. This is a definite plus for me! My appointment was with Molly. She colored and cut my hair and did a simply fabulous job. She gave me suggestions that were right on. The salon is on the smaller scale and has a very warm atmosphere, which I also love. I have found my new home!

Jesse does phenomenal work! She listens and makes suggestions with her experience, I had another stylist that used to work here and left, I followed her but when I called my past stylist,she could not get me in for 8 weeks! I called my son because he went to school with a few stylist in town and said to go see Jesse Jammiz Zimmerman! And I am glad I did. She cuts well and She colors awesome! I found my new stylist!
