First off, I usually don’t leave reviews, let alone negative reviews. But my experience with the women here is just upsetting. First thing is they don’t get back to you for days, and sometimes even WEEKS. On top of that, I was told that what I want couldn’t be accomplished in one appointment, and that it would take multiple appointments, which also means more $$$$. I went somewhere else and got what I wanted for more than half the price and my hair feels and looks great. So I guess this is a good place for you if you’re bougie. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great place for cuts and styles. They do not have Paul Mitchell colors as advertised.

I have been looking for a new stylist since moving to Portland. Today I went to see Melissa, and She got the style I was looking for perfectly! She also told me about a new product and taught me how to use it. I'll be going back to her from now on. The salon is clean and modern. Everyone was professional and friendly.
