3 stars because at the least I got the cut that I asked for I did not feel welcome ( not sure if it was because of my ethnicity) there was no real conversation just an awkward silence until the very end there was one question asked and I tried to elaborate make small talk but no real interaction I had a blonde mommy brain moment and didn’t do my math right and took back more money than I was supposed to when I was paying BUT I returned and corrected it and in the end I paid for a service that was supposed to be shampoo cut and style like it stated on the list framed on the wall but just had it cut it almost felt as if my appt was a nuisance i was looking forward to the salon experience that I’m used to but I will be making the drive back to Tigard to see the gal I usually see from now on
