I love Greg! This was my first color treatment at FS and I'm so pleased. The procedure took 4 plus hours and Greg was such fun. Friendly and good at what he does. Plus I know his shift ended at 2pm and I was there until 430 and he never said anything. I'm definitely going back.

Got my hair dyed twice here and was extremely unhappy with results. Came in for a light copper color and came out with dark brown hair.

12/04/17 I was at Fantastic Sams on tarentum br rd and got low light put in my hair so I thought and I paid 110 to get this done and you can not see a difference between the two colors. Now you should be able to tell the difference between blonde and brunette but in this case you can’t so I called the next day and went up to see a manager name Jennifer, she told me to come back on Thursday and she would fix it. Now at that time she didn't say anything about having to pay more. She was also rude and tried to make me out to be a lair. When I got there on Thursday she told me I would have to paid to have it fix. Jennifer showed me the paper that I had signed and they changed my slip to say I was happy with the job and I never filled that part out because Alissa the girl who did my hair gave the slip to me before the job was done so I never did that part and to me that’s falsifying documentation to save your ass I'm telling you to never go to this place. My mother has also had trouble here and she will not go back either. I'm calling the corporate office to file a complaint. 12/20/17 It's now three weeks after I sent a comment to the salon owner Sarah Tonet on their corporate page and I still have not heard anything about this situation. So that's telling me that this place is a definite rip off. So I guess I'm going to have to contact the bbb and file a complaint with them. Maybe that will get me some results. I also have sent another comment to the salon owner today but I don't think she is going to do anything. I'll keep this up to date until something is done to resolve this situation.

I came in to fantastic sams and got my hair colored red and got a cut for the first time and I have to say they did a fantastic job going above and beyond to make sure they found the right color thats best for me. Love the color and the cut and got several likes on it. I truly recommend this place to all and I will be coming back here again. ☺

Anytime you call they lie and tell you they aren't busy even when they are. They say they don't need to take your appointment and then you end up waiting for 20-30 minutes. Not really a good habit for a company trying to establish express haircuts either.
