After a long day at work I needed some pampering, so I went to the mall and found Mastercuts. I was a walk in. It was about 7:30 pm. I asked for a trim and was asked to wait just a few moments. About a minute later a very nice girl called me back, hung up my coat, asked me questions about how I wear my hair and what I was looking for. She washed my hair and gave me the best scalp massage I ever had!! I could feel the tension just melt away. After some snipping she started to dry my hair. Calmly and gently, she didn't snap my neck back like has happened in other places. She kept asking what I wanted, what I liked. Even though she trimmed my bangs, she even dried them and then angled them so they wouldn't be too short! The end result was amazing. She didn't cut too much or too little. I was very relaxed, my hair smelled and looked great and the music that was playing kept me in a good mood! The place was clean, well lit, smelled good and the girls were so friendly! I recommend to anyone in the area !

I waited 15 minutes outside the store for it to open only to be told they couldn't see me due to appointments . The place was empty and they welcome walk ins. The employees sat on the other side of the gate chatting till it was open. They could have extended a simple courtesy and let me know the couldn't see me instead of letting me wait.. I would never return again

I walked in and Jaime took me right away! I showed her a pic of what I wanted (long layers n side bangs) cause I walked in lookin a mess.. she was so nice and gave me better than what I wanted. She worked quick and precise..... perfectly priced as well. Def going back!!!
