What a gem of a salon! The staff are professional yet down to earth. Jesamy is an excellent listener, and she really grasps what you're looking for. She offers helpful suggestions based on her experience, and so far she has always been right!! The ambiance is amazing year round, but WOW to the Christmas decorations. Very relaxing place!

Called them today after my son's wrestling tournament; at which he had to have his hair snipped because it was too long...Not sure if Spilt Ends does walk in's or helps anyone. Well they don't. I know I called an hour and a half before you closed...to have a quick fix for my son... But when the girl said they are busy up till closing. It's frustrating when you see a couple of the girls out on a smoke break......yeah I see they are all so busy! Very disappointing. They should really clean up their cigarette butts as well!!!

They really make you feel comfortable and you will always be happy with your hair style when you leave all the staff are just so sweet, hope to see you there.
