I have only used the massage service, and having done so twice now I've already scheduled my next appointment! The spa is clean, massage therapist is very good. Each time the massage is unique to what my current needs are. Plus, if you have a question or ask about something, Lorraine will research it and gets back to you!

I am a fairly new customer. I previously had been going to a different salon for 10 years and felt they lost their customer service appeal. I was trying different salons and stumbled upon this one. Great luck for me! The staff is very talented, and they try their best to accommodate you. I am happy here and believe I have a new "hair home"
