No waiting despite being a walk-in. Stefania was friendly and very helpful with many different aspects of my haircut. I am very happy with my haircut! I would get my haircut here again.

This location is by far the best in northern Rhode Island. The staff is super friendly and my stylist kept the conversation flowing. The price for your average cut was also 2 dollars cheaper than other supercuts.

Terrible. Twice I attempted to setup an appointment by calling ahead. I put my name in with a supposed 10 minute wait. Upon arrival the first time I was told it would be 30 minutes before I could be seen. I then walked out as my haircut only takes 10 minutes or less to complete. Today I tried again calling ahead and was told 10 minutes again. I get there and it's a 45 minutes wait. Dishonest to get you in the door, will never take my business here again.
