I have been using this barber shop for 3 years now. I am a 20 year retired veteran. They have been giving me a military discount ever since I started going there. Today the new general manager informed me the discount is only for active duty. I informed her that's fine I will not longer use this establishment.

Started going to this Great Clips frequently, but after this past visit I probably won’t be back. I brought my boyfriend and two boys for their usual haircuts, with three different stylists, and the results for all three were so bad the next day we went somewhere else to get their hair cut again. The boys asked for their hair to be spiked a bit, so we didn’t see the result until that night after we washed the gel from their hair. Our oldest barely had any hair cut off, only a little on the sides, despite him always getting the same cut (all over) when he comes. Our youngest was left with choppy bangs and strangles of hair that weren’t even cut hanging down on his forehead. We couldn’t tell all of this when we paid, because their hair was gelled up. My boyfriends hair was choppy and uneven as well, but he put his hat on and didn’t mention anything until we got home. I’m extremely disappointed because it was three different people that all gave quick, rushed haircuts and did a horrible job. I understand there are a lot of customers, but that’s no reason to rush and do a bad job!

I love Great Clips! The hairstylists are very nice and they do a fabulous job. Also they have a super convenient app that let's you check-in online and it will save you spot in line.

I always go to Great Clips. They do a fantastic job on my whole family. I use my Great Clips app to check in and rarely have much of a wait when I arrive.
