They don’t take any appointments which is rather odd and they also never seem to have any available times. You can leave them your number and I promise you they will never call. Every time you call the lady sound dazed and unengaged which will chase away business from jump. They will give you a time they will be available but call back when that time comes and it’s not available anymore? Now I will say that their braids are good but the lack of organization and professionalism totally counteracts that. It’s more to owning a shop besides doing the hair; it is a business and frankly they lack business skills, they should sit in on some courses at the local schools. They seem to be overwhelmed by the walk-ins so I highly suggest that they start taking appointments and writing stuff down or something. Maybe then they’ll have some kind of business cause right now it’s just a bunch of girls who don’t know anything playing salon.

The most unprofessional shop I've ever visited. I arrived at 7:52 a.m. when the shop is supposed to open at 8:00. No one arrived until 8:30. Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes and never received service as I had to pick up a rental car before noon. The lady who I waited for moved as slow as she possibly could have on purpose. I'll never return.

I've been told to come back 4 times and or they couldn't do my hair 5 different times. one time I was the 4 person there waiting for them to open and they took my number and said that they would call me due to covid-19 (they wasn't letting no one stay unless service was being done at the time. but hours went by I never received a call, so I decided to go back there to speak with someone personally just to see everyone that was there with me wasn't there but other new faces was. I try not review business but I have had enough of them wasting my time and as of now I will never go back!!!!
