Horrible experience. I got in time for my appointment, which was 3 pm, but this lady didn't get me done till after 8 pm, and I was sewing in a weave not braids. Yolanda and the other girls are so unprofessional and loud, but I thought I would give her a chance and see how she would do my hair. It was terrible, she put my weave too far back and when I told her she said 'do you know how to do hair, let me do my job'. The nerve!! I'm paying my money and you expect me to be quiet when you do a terrible job. The hair is so tight my head hurts. This was my first time here and definitely the last. Please don't waste your time and money going to this place, it's messed up. To say I'm grossly disappointed is an understatement

When me and my sister had went to shop I needed my hair done for spring break and my sister just need a touch up with some of her braids and to tell yall our appointment was for 1:00 and we got there a little after 12:50 so it wasn't a big deal for us to sit there for about 6 to 7 minutes for them to finish getting ready to do our hair so when we were still waiting to get our hair done 20 minutes after our appointment had started Yolanda had went to go and get some food so that was my 1st turn off so then the other lady that was there had started on my sister's hair so she did that for about 10 minutes till she stoped so then Yolanda had came back so I thought "Ok so now I'm bout to get my hair done now so we can leave" but I was worng she began eating while the other girl was leaving and thier was 2 other people waiting to get thier hair done also so I texted my sister saying "Do you think that they are going to do our hair now because we've been her for an hour" so Yolanda started my sister's hair while I was still sitting there talking to my friend otp so the other girl had came back and asked me to go sit down in the chair and she began parting my hair then stoped and by that time my sister was already done so she asked me did I want anything to eat and I said yes so she had left fast forward to when my sister had got back..... when she had got back Yolanda and the other girl was working on the other 2 girls hair and the other girl had removed me from the seat just so she could do the other girl hair and it was already 4:00 so finally we had left and it was 10:30 so a week after I had been getting mad headaches and bumps on my scalp so I had took it done and with the braids it was about 3 inches of hair with every other braid and my sister braids was slipping and she had bumps also one her scalp from the braids and our hair togather had cost 397 dollars. But don't wast your money or time here!!!! Thanks for listening.

I was definitely a loyal customer for about a 1 year. but just the last time I went I had an horrible time. when I got there I ask that the parts for my single braids not to be so small because my hair slips out very easy and it doesn't last as long I literality had to fight the lady that was doing my hair to do my parts the size i wanted them... and her ass still did them small :/ .. within three days i lost two braids. tried reaching out to Yolanda and she never responded back rude ass #BADBUSINESS I WILL BE TAKING MY MONEY ELSE WHERE

Came here for one pacific hair style & left with something totally different. First off one side of my hair braids was small, the other side with all big & overlapping each other, then when I told the lady who was doing my hair (which was the owner) no this not right only thing she could tell me (it's not her fault) which pissed me off. I got there at 4p.m time of my appointment & didn't leave until little past 10p.m first & last time will I EVER COME here to get my hair done

came here n this woman braided my hair soo tight couldnt sleep she charged me 100 they only in for the money called and asked her to see what she could do n didnt call me back dont waste your time i brought my sister here n the next day she had bumps all over her head they did her hair soo tight and her head was soo bulky from crochet braids they just give you random prices and the other hair dressers arent professional either
