Went from a long to a short hair cut. There is a two to three inch gap on one side of my head that is cut at least 3 inches shorter than the other side which exposes my ear whereas the other side it's completely covered. No way to fix other than wait for it to grow out. I will never go to this place again!!!

My stylist was very friendly and did a phenomanal job! She was the only one working and was busting her butt! Even staying late to help customers. Highly recommended!

I dont understand what the point of your "notes" are if you arent going to follow them! It clearly states in my notes (as ive been getting cuts from here for years)...LOW FADE, and your lady gave me a damn HIGH-AND-TIGHT! It was about the FURTHEST thing from what i always get and asked for! Worst haircut experience ive ever had. Wont be recommending to anyone.

Every time I showed up (Pine City) on a Saturday morning, at opening, only two people working, two people in chairs. 1 person waiting, and a 45 minute wait,. Seriously, can't you be staffed better? The cuts are fine (adult male), if they ever happen.
