Bad Experience with Bill. I have given visual and verbal instructions on my hair style but he ignored and cut my hair in his own way. It's my first time to visit this place with good hope-poor quality for pay. I took the appointment and waited almost 20mins, no respect to the customers. Bill said, "I am sorry." for many times and that is not we expect as a customer.

I had a very dramatic haircut. Went from having super long hair to an inverted Bob. It was a total of 13" cut off in the back. Shayla was absolutely amazing and patient with me! I loved that she was just as excited as I was when it was finished! She took her time and did so great, I can't stop raving about her! Oh, and this was my first cut from her. Will definitely be returning!!!
