I would love to start by saying this place is absolutely amazing.. you walk in and it feels exactly like home, all the staff have such great customer service skills that it isnt even funny, they are all so welcoming and easy to talk to.. as if they are your best friend or a family member. I absolutely loved it. Next, I gotta give a mad thank you to niki for clearing up a horrrific haircut at capitol hill (DO NOT EVER GO THERE) not only do they have terrible customer service.. they cannot cut hair at all anf they more expensive then a place that will give you a great conversation plus a phenomenal haircut. Again thank you niki and you will be seeing me again soon, as i plan to not ever go any where else but you!
