if I would’ve seen these reviews, I wouldn’t have came. They open at 7:30 and don’t start your hair until 1. Everyone is late, they are loud and unprofessional. I came here with a picture of ME with a hairstyle and they said they can do it. And it looks NOTHING LIKE IT. then they charge me a extra $10 because I wanted it full. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of time and money! I was here from 8am-4pm!!!!!!!! For nothing don’t go to ROUKY!!!

The worst place I have been too in a long time. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Instead of telling clients that showed up at the time of opening that there were little to no workers due to come in, the girl proceeded to sign everyone in. I knew it could possibly be a little bit of a wait, but one hour turned into two, that turned into three and finally on the fourth hour of waiting and still waiting for someone to explain when our turn would possibly be since we were there when they opened, I finally go to the young lady who signed us in, and asked why has it taken THIS long for anyone to even touch my daughters hair, the young lady finally said half of the workers wouldnt be showing up because they are off, but if she had disclosed that information when we all were checking in, it then would be OUR choice to either stick it out til it was our turn, or go to another place. I opted to leave, and I will NEVER return. No apologies were given and after seeing about 10 people walk out before me, I decided to do the same. They would never get business doing things in such an unprofessional way. Braiding places are a dime a dozen, honesty, but wanted to give them a try since i seen their work. But it is NEVER that serious that I would wake up at the crack of dawn to sit and wait over 4 hours and no one even acknowledges the customer or apologize for any inconvenience. They lost alot of business not from just me, but the few before me were also first time clients, that were most definitely disappointed and will not be returning. Two thumbs down, I'll never know the kind of work they could do because my money spends all the same somewhere else, where the results would be the same, but not take 4 hours of waiting time to get it done.

Will never be attending this shop again, horrible customer service and even the owner is unprofessional . She told me one price then when I got to the shop told me a higher price. They talk about you in their language and even begin taking my friends braid out because the WORKERS made them to long after she told them she wanted the to the middle of her back, the workers then begin saying she did it on purpose. Own a business and never there and get mad when you lose money and yell in the shop very UNPROFESSIONAL !!!NEVER AGAIN WILL DEEDEE GET MY BUISNESS!

I hit the 1 star by accident because I'm never coming here again. For 1 they open at 830a.m and no one that does hair get there until 9/930 then you ask for something no one can do it and that's fine but they let you sit there and then say they're not able to do it. When you finally go with something simple or at least you think it's simple it still comes out a mess! I'm not the one to be making a scene but I will not be returning. Also one more thing customer service sucks because they get upset when you don't like something and then talk about you in their language which I think is extremely rude.
