My hair was under processed and the pricing was not at all transparent! I got a touch up and blow out and was charged separately for each service, which I've personally, never experiencer before. To add insult to injury, the touch up was done poorly, even after I specifically told the stylist the region of my head that had the most stubborn curls and how my regular stylist typically addresses that. Not only did she not listen, but my entire head was UNDER processed. I didn't realize until after eventually sweating out the blow out and it was like I hadn't even gotten a touch up in the first place! I'm extremely upset, as I'll be traveling for the next few weeks with kinky roots and for the price I paid, thats totally unacceptable. I wont be back.
