I had a massage scheduled and showed up on time for my appointment. After about 10 min, the owner came up to me in the waiting area, apologized, and told me that there was a miscommunication and my masseuse would not be in today for my massage. I understood, as these things happened and was okay with just rescheduling my appointment, but the owner insisted on offering me another service on the house for the inconvenience. I did not expect anything and was blown away by such kindness and consideration over something that could have happened to anyone. I accepted the service and rescheduled my appointment. This was my first time there and I was using a groupon, but I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you for such kind and wonderful customer service! :)
