Omg if I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!!!!!! I am appalled at how nasty the owner was. The first time I was there, I used a Groupon and went back a second time to obtain a lighter color. I was told by my colorist that it would take more than one time so I trusted her and came back to her. After the second time, MY HAIR WAS DESTROYED. I called Jen, my colorist and she suggested I use purple shampoo so I went out and bought purple shampoo. The purple shampoo, after using for a week did not work at all. I originally wanted a blonde balayage, however even after using the purple shampoo, my hair is 50 shades of orange, unevenly blended and dead. I called the salon and was put on hold for several minutes. I looked on their website and they do not have an email so I decided to message them on Instagram. I requested a refund and was told if I came into the salon, they will gladly refund me once they see my hair. So I went back today, the colorist was there and she was shocked at how my hair felt and felt really bad. I explained that my hair was falling out in the shower in clumps. The owner walked by and said "what's the problem?" The colorist explained my hair felt dry and he said "it's not falling out." I explained I did not want that color and he said "how did you come here?" I had no idea what he meant and then he said did you pay, Groupon, etc? I said the first time was a Groupon and second time I paid full price. He immediately snapped and said "I don't do refunds." I was speechless and shocked, he walked away. The colorist apologized to me. I walked up to the owner and he kept avoiding me and couldn’t even look me in the face, not answering why he wouldn't refund me. If he was pissed about the Groupon, then he should not promote his business on Groupon. The fact of the matter is I paid TWICE and was not refunded AFTER I WAS PROMISED A REFUND. I wasted my time and energy going back to the salon because they told me if I went back I would get my money back. My hair is so damaged now, that I will have to go elsewhere and spend more money (in addition to the $130 I spent here this time and $75 Groupon last time) to get the color corrected and chop off so much dead hair. I'm so upset because I was in the process of growing my hair long and this is such a set back. This is a HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT AND THE OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say, the pictures do justice as to how terrible of a job was done!! I am writing this review to warn others so they don’t go through the nightmare I went through with these people!!
