Don't care for this salon what so ever. I've tried twice and still not happy. First time, it seemed beneath the woman to only cut my bangs (but that was all i needed and wanted at the time). Second time, I show up maybe 2-3 minutes before my appointment and 'Matthew' comes over and says, 'give me a couple minutes, would you like some coffee?' I said no but he proceeded anyway to the back room and talked to his colleague about what products to buy on amazon for 15-20 minutes while I just sat there waiting. At one point he even stepped out from behind the wall to see if I was still there! I was so ticked off that I just walked out.
Great way to handle new customers - blow them off.
