He said keratin treatment is not suitable on our hair. What is that ? I already did it at @meraki salon, New Jersey, 1 year ago and it was amazing..... Worst salon I ever seen in my life. Saturday I went there for my keratin treatment. One guy washed my hair and directly started applying keratin treatment on wet hair without drying it. As per keratin treatment it should be 80% dry hair before treatment. He said , he did Revlon keratin treatment on my hair and when I saw bottle it was not revlon. They are not professional. They made my hair worse than before. After treatment, It's dry and frizzy. I attached some picture of keratin result, so future customer can see it before they go. Hey, I don't want to ruin my hair that's why I didn't come on thanksgiving day. Because I enquire at many salon and they said your hair will be worst and it will start falling more and more. If, You want to do something then give my money back. Also, You said I'm asking about straight hair, but I didn't ask for that. You let me know what is meaning of keratin treatment? Please friend double check whole procedure before you go! My procedure : -Wash hair - direct applied keratin cream ( without proper partition) (applied on wet hair) ( within 5 min) - waited until hair dried - made hair straight with iron - Didn't ask to come back for hair wash Now, He wants me to come back for keratin retraitement on my hair. Do we can retreat our hair only after one week? Very Very Unprofessional.

For Japanese straightening, Hitto Salon is OUTSTANDING. My daughter and I come from New York and we were terrified that we wouldn't find a place that does the straightening as good as that. However, these guys are better !! The owner Alex, is amazing and so is Jazz and Bob. We've gone twice so far and have received excellent treatments both times. My hair is VERY curly and quite difficult....was no problem for the Hitto team. I also loved the haircut that Alex gave me, and I am super picky. The salon is clean and pretty and our overall experience was wonderful. As well, the pricing is competetive and not over-priced in my opinion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Alex is amazing, he always knows how to save my hair and look. Once he knows you better, he knows exactly what you want and what fits you better. He doesn’t do a lot of commercials or ads but customers just keep coming back, you will know that’s the place you want to go instead of other salons with full of fake and paid reviews.

Definitely the place to have your hair done. Very pleasant, friendly staff. Jazz did great job retouching my roots and styling my hair & whole family including kids. Prices are very reasonable to compare to other salons. Highly recommended 👏

I’ve been coming here for 6+ years to get Japanese hair straitening. This is by far the best place! The staff is amazing! Nice, so well versed with hair types and how the product holds with different types of hair! I never leave disappointed!
