The salon is located in Fayetteville's oldest home or something. It's a neat Victorian type of place. The people who worked there were very nice and they offer Keurig beverages and cookies while you wait. My stylist is Jenna and she is great!

Beautiful salon with awesome ladies. The facility is clean and inviting, and they have comfortable rinse station chairs that do not hurt your neck. Jenna does my hair and does a great job.

I just want to say over all the place itself is nice. However, I had an horrible experience with one stylist. She was very unprofessional with me. I felt like if any customer who wasn't happy with their hair and it wasn't what they wanted they should be able to ask for their money back. No questions asked. However, I got treated very nasty and recorded the stylist being that way with me. It was the worst experience I ever had. I wouldn't wish what happen to me upon anyone .

I have never done a review before but felt the need to do one today. I purchased a Groupon for this salon for a simple cut and style. Have been looking for a nice place to start using. First time I called there no apointments for at least 2 wks....cool must be busy a good thing! Called 2 wks later Jenna answered and took my info and said she would return my call when finished with her client. That turned into days. I ended up calling once every week for 3 weeks. Each time Jenna wrote the same number and my name down and said she would return my call after she was done with her client. Hmmmmmm. I think I would have noticed writting the same name and number down for 3 weeks......Not every one can read and write correctly so no big deal I guess. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They have no want or desire to bring in new business and have no customer service skills what so ever. Only reason they got a star from me was because I had to click at least one for this review to be posted. More like ðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘Ž hope every one reading enjoys their day!! Except Jenna and all the not so wonderful people running the sheer illusion!
