Whats going on?

I have been bringing my son, now ,11 here for about 3yrs now. The first 2yrs were great!! This last year, before the virus even, has been crazy! Not hard to cut his hair, and we dont ask for anything out of the ordinary, but the last few people that he has had, give him something completely different. Just went in for the school cut, and again for the last 4 trips, no hot towel, shoulder massage, etc, just a haircut. The reason I bring him there is to experience the extras also. Being a single mom, I want him to be "one of the guys". The price has risen to 24 dollars from 17 dollars in less than a year!! Took away the extras and raised the price, by quite a bit!! 30 (thats w tip) bucks for an 11yr old is insane! Dissapointed that we have to find a new place. Good luck all.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Made an appointment and checked in 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Waited 30 minutes and watched everyone that was there before me and everyone that came in after start getting their cuts. They finally acknowledged me and realized they never actually checked me in. Then tried to say it was because I showed up late? No way, I was purposely there early. Ended up just walking out. Might want to take accountability for your mistakes instead of trying to make up bs and blame customers for the poor service received. Definitely won't be back.

Please change your name immediately to don't assume our gender co. All through the sea of lifted trucks and into the building I did not see a man. Only creatures with facial hair getting waxed, dyed, extensions, and all dolled up for the ball.
