My 3 year old son HATES getting his haircut. I mean, I’m talking shaking, crying, screaming... So we usually let him get until his hair has arat tail. So we decided to give it a go today and just assumed it would go as always which is terrible. We got there and waited less than the 20-25 minutes they quoted us at, and my son had a total meltdown. But Michelle pulled out every idea she could. She was letting him play with “her” toys, gave him a cool “cape”, and talked about all his favorite shows to get him to even sit down and he was still crying. She asked him a lot of questions very nicely and got him to tell her what he was afraid of. He told her he didn’t want to be itchy, so she gave his dad some “magic powder” to take care of him in case he got itchy. And he totally calmed down. They talked the whole time and she was so sweet. His hair looks great and he was actually HAPPY that we went. I told him I wanted to get my hair cut by her, and he responded with “no, that’s MY Michelle.” I seriously couldn’t be happier. A+ on her part. She was wonderful with my son and I will take him to her next time. Best hair cut experience ever. If you have a toddler that’s terrified and need someone extra patient, go to MICHELLE!!!!

Amazing job by the stylist that cut my hair. She was very careful with shaving my face and did perfect on my hair too.

Just don’t go there! They have no training or idea about haircut. One of associate just finished my haircut within 2/3 minutes! I was just shocked to see my hair after that, other associate just come over and tried fix my hair later. Just can’t believe what happened today. I will never go there again. Never!

I'm not picky by any means with my hair but every stylist I've ever had made sure to make sure i liked the length and what not. for some reason i do like great clips better than supercuts even though there pretty much identical 😆😁😀
