Unfriendly staff, observed staff rolling eyes as kids are crying through their haircuts, didn’t ask how we wanted it cut or styled, left my three year old’s hair soaking wet for him to leave with after we asked for it to be styled. Not worth it for a $30 hair cut.

Love Funky Scissors, the staff is so patient with my little guy. He has sensory issues and can't stand to have his head touched. They have always shown nothing but compassion and understanding with him.

This was my first time taking any of my kids here, I used to go to Cookie Cutters many years ago, and have since pretty much just went wherever was the most convenient like Great Clips or Saturdays. Well, today I went to Great Clips to get my 2-year-old son's haircut and when he was too terrified to even sit in the chair, the stylist suggested Funky Scissors. So I instantly got their website to check them out and even made an appointment for 1 hour later which gave me enough time to feed the kids and drive over. I am so glad that I ended up there! It was easy to make an appointment and convenient that there was same day availability. The staff was so friendly to my son that was getting his hair cut and even my son that was just along for the ride. And it was even cheaper than I expected! Win win all around! 😍 I will definitely be back!

I was really excited about this place as it was my nieces first haircut. To be honest I left very disappointed in our service. The girl definitely didn't want to be at work and we could tell.She barely greeted us and was alittle rough. She barely talked or interacted with us and once she painted her nails which didn't even make sure they looked decent she wanted us to pay which we did and during.that time my niece was alittle upset her nails weren't painted all the way the girl walked by and went into the break room and left us. She didn't act excited nor helped this experience for my.3 year old niece. I ended up fixing her nails and she didn't offer to take a family picture or anything. Hope this lady sees the way she made us feel and can chnage her attitude for others. To be honest we could of gone to great clips and have been treated better. I tried messaging on fb messenger twice and no response.I wouldn't suggest anyone that wants a first haircut to be fun and exciting to go here!

ERIN DID AN AMAZING JOB! My oldest son goes to a regular barber that he loves but my three year old HATED IT. He got his first haircut there when he was three and got three haircuts there but wouldn't sit still. He cried and fought us so much I had to get him in a hold to get through the cut and as hard as the barber tried it looked AWFUL. Erin did amazing though, the accommodations kept him so distracted he barely noticed he was getting a haircut. He looks AMAZING. She even lined him up and everything. She was so gentle and patient. I would've tipped her $100 if I had it.
