Awful awful haircut & color. I walked out with wet hair except bangs so was unable to see the full color. By evening I was able to see what a mess my hair was. There was NO sectioning my hair when cutting took place. Literally , my right side is chopped in chunks and my left side is longer. My hair was to the very bottom of my back just above my behind. It is now above my bra strap on the right and below my bra strap on the left. She literally took her scissors and chopped my hair off before coloring it , to “ get it out of the way “. I wanted a all over dark color with caramel highlights throughout. What I got is orange and red sections. Unevenly distributed in small and large chunks. Not to mention I am still wearing the dye blotches all over my skin. I am extremely embarrassed to leave my house. I look like a circus clown on fire. Very unprofessional. When I went back to the scene of the crime, she tried talking me into getting in her chair and letting her fix it. Um. No thanks. You already did enough damage that needs repaired. Paid $108 to look like a freak. Refunded $94 as if she did something worth $14. Never ever again

Got a perm a few weeks ago. The girl was very nice but she only rinsed my hair for about 30 seconds between the perm solution and the neutralizer. When I got home and tried to style my hair I noticed how dry and damaged it was and still is. I don't know if they are trying to save money on their water bill but I am not going back. Also I did not get a receipt.
