I have been getting my hair done here ever since I moved to Charleston. It is conveniently located on king street and they always have shown me such love and care. Carol, Katrina and Joey are the best and I hate to have to move away. When I first came in, I had previously had a bad haircut and color from another salon. I was growing out a pixie cut, and those of you that donâ€™t know already, it can be a train wreck when maintained incorrectly. Carol managed to skip the awkward stages and made me look incredibly stylish. Not only did she eliminate the aweful brassy color and uneven cut but she did it without chopping too much. She listens to what you want and gives it to you. I always leave her chair feeling fabulous. When I got married in February, Katrina did my updo and makeup. I had something in mind and a few pictures but not a solid plan. I had brought in some flower trimmings with me. Katrina made me feel so beautiful, she twisted and pinned and curled my hair into something I couldnâ€™t even imagine was mine. The makeup was flawless and she highlighted my best features. This woman is magic.

Joey is amazing! He gave me a beautiful cut that's easy for me to manage and amazing hair color! If you need color, see him! He is absolutely the best! He takes it beyond a stylist to artist!

My favorite people! I never have an appointment and they are always able to fit me in! These guys rock. Doesn't matter who you get.

Very disappointed in this salon. Walked in at 5:15 and was promptly told that they could not take me for a simple haircut. There were currently no customers waiting that I could see. The sign out front said walk inside welcome. It appears this is not the case. Almost felt as if the receptionist, stylist, whomever she was at the front desk was being judgemental based on the fact that I was in a comfy Henley and jeans and turned me away. Website and sign on door said they close at 7. You can't honestly tell me it would take more than 2 hours to cut my hair. Very poor service.

Hey I forgot to update this. So he did a great job at first but the next day when I went to brush it back it was all uneven, also it was very brassy looking. He was on his phone a lot and not really paying attention, like he hated it there. Donâ€™t get me wrong he was a very sweet guy, but it was one of those things where I was excited at first and then got home and realized it wasnâ€™t done as well as I thought. The salon was really run down and there was a very steep long stair case to the salon. No elevator for anyone that is disabled. It's also on King street so parking is a nightmare and somewhat expensive because you can't really use quarters with out running outside every hour.
