The customer service was wonderful! Everyone was very nice and it has a fun atmosphere however, the quality of services does not match the quality of marketing or the beautiful decorating. Both my mom and I came here to have our hair done. The curls in my moms hair were greasy and hair fell flat before even leaving the salon. My mom even had a sticky bright white streak of styling product that was difficult to remove hanging by her face. My hair was tried up with a rubber band and then curled like Shirley Temple. We both went to a second salon to have our hair redone. I was offered a refund for my services (wonderful customer service) however I did not accept. The ladies doing our hair did their best and were very kind. I think a little more training for their stylist would make a worlds difference.

Was excited to try out drybar for the first time. The receptionist was rude because we were early to our appointment. We were not offered a complimentary beverage like every other customer. The stylist nearly burned my scalp with scalding water while washing my hair. She also burned me multiple times with the blow dryer. Every time I would pull away she continued to dry without hesitation. The staff seemed in a rush to get through their bookings for the day. The hair stylist did the exact opposite style than what we had discussed. My curls and blow out ended up falling within 20 minutes which hardly ever happens to me because I have naturally curly hair. Would be willing to try Dry Bar again but a different location. Beautiful salon just need some work on their customer service.

I went to the drybar in Charleston this morning. I was a little skeptical about going but the results were AMAZING. My stylist Gabby worked magic on me and my hair was flowing with soft wavy like curls. Did I mention I was out in less than one hour? The products she used helped my curly wavy roots be manageable and soft. Since I moved to the low country from NJ, I had been shopping for an African American beauty salon with no luck or success. There are way to many offering exactly what I am not looking for - extremely long service time, too many products that weigh down your hair and gel use on my baby hair Ugh.... I am a grown woman with no baby hair or edge problems. Gabby used a blow dryer, two products and a curling iron and my hair was shiny full of body and very stylish. I made my standing appt with her for every two wks. Thanks Gabby, I LOVE MY HAIR!!!
