... After telling the manager that I had not checked in online she explained to me how they work. The wait was about 1 1/2 hours but she said that if I wanted to wait and others didn’t check in, I would go to the head of the line. I commented that I saw only 2 stylist and she said she had one more coming back from break. She wished everyone “Happy Mother’s Day†and left. I waited. 3-4 others came in then, I was up next! Then, the stylist who had just returned from break, after doing 1 haircut, told another stylist that she was going to take her dinner break and left. I continued to wait. When I noticed that the two stylist, who were working, seemed to be taking a very long time finishing up the cuts in their chairs, I left. I don’t trust them to cut my hair! Very poor customer service!
