First time I went to this salon Carly did my highlights. They looked great, except for when I would pull my hair up into a pony tail, I looked like I had random streaks. The second time I went back to Carly I told her what I liked and and then showed her what I did not like (the streaks that were uneven when I pulled my hair back) from the previous visit with her. She said she was going to foil my hair this time. So she did her thing. I didn't have time to stay and have a blow dry because I had already been there for several hours. So she brushed me and on my way, I went. I had partial highlights done and was charged almost $200 yeah....almost $200 for a partial highlight, not even a blow dry! Crazy! Anyway, later that day as my hair dried, I wanted to CRY! My hair had been fried and to top it off it off- it looked awful! I called and spoke to a lady that said she was the owner: Amanda, she was so rude and told me Carly is their top stylist and she can't believe that my hair looked bad, and that I needed to calm down. Seriously! Let someone completely destroy your hair and then tell you that you are not allowed to get upset. She basically hung up on me after giving me an email address to send pictures to. She emailed me and informed me that she would have to speak with Carly figure out what to do from there. You are the owner of a Solon, I am a customer who called as a result of a bad color result. What does your stylist have to do with what to do from there? After being treated like I was practically lying, and being told to calm down, in my eyes there is one solution, apologize and refund my money.
I would ever go back to a salon where the OWNER was rude and dismissive. Bad experience from beginning to end.
