Popo understood the assignment! 😊

My daughter and I have been coming to Popo for years and she and her coworker always do our hair the way we wants it. Thank you for doing my hair at the last minute for Valentine’s Day. You and your coworker always have excellent customer service when it comes to your customers.

I wish I would've read these reviews before going... 1st was 100 then 110 because of her height then 160 after she waited all day and my daughter only 12.I wouldn't take,my dog here😠.

I will never go back to them they stop to eat and talk to each other a hundred times and braid your hair any kind of way very bad service

They do decent work HOWEVER the owner didn't have any integrity for my natural hair or the pain that I was in WHATSOEVER. The owner did my twists (they looked nice) but the pain that I was in was not worth it at. She basically parted my hair with a clip, practically pulling and ripping my hair out. I saw strands of my hair on my lap. She had me in very comfortable positions because l am tall and when I tried to adjust myself she would basically chastise me for it and I was stuck in that uncomfortable position. Not only did I leave with a sore and throbbing head ( still throbbing even when taking medication), I also left feeling terribly sore ALL OVER. The type of pain they subjected me to is just ungodly and not worth compromising the health of my natural hair. That was my first time, and last time that I will go back for sure! P.S. My head is still throbbing 😢 P.S.S. If I could give them zero stars I would because it was just that terrible 😡😡😡 None Care given!

These people are the worst they took forever and my braids have only been in 4 weeks and I'm missing about 8 braids not to mention 3 braids in the front of my head came out with my real hair😡 I wouldn't let them braid my dogs 🐶 hair if I had one!!! This was a waste of my $200🖕🏾👊🏾
