If I could leave zero stars then I would. I stopped in quickly to get a TRIM. The girl that cut my hair butchered it. I have thick straight hair and trimming it is easy. The lady shaved my hair line more than 2 inches above where it should have been. It was so dark in the salon that I didn't notice it until I was driving down Woodruff Rd. I had to pay someone 40 dollars to try and fix the mess. My hair is the shortest it has ever been. To fix it for church or anything takes at least a hour because of how awful this so called cut was. My daughter spoke with the owner and he did apologize but that doesn't correct the mess that was made and the mess I have to deal with until it grows out. The owner sent a 13 dollar check for my haircut which was more insulting than helpful. That money does not correct the horrible job on my hair nor the months of products I have to buy until it grows out. So a friendly tip from someone whom this so called salon ruined my hair. Stay away go pay the extra money to get a decent haircut.

I never leave reviews but this visit warrants one. This was by far the worst hair cut I have received in 36 years. It took both guys in the shop to screw it up. I would swear that they have never cut hair in their life. I would have felt better to throw 12 dollars in the trash than to give it to this great clips. Maybe they can use it to hire someone that has cut hair before. Honestly wish there was a rating less than one star. Save your money and shave off your own hair.

Service was quick and friendly, but I don't think stylist was very familiar with cutting curly hair. When I got home, I realized he left no room for the inevitable shrinkage, so my hair is a lot shorter than I wanted. Edited: after I rewashed and styled, I realized what a poor job he did. The layers are uneven and give me hair shaped like a triangle. Since they're getting ready to close, I can't even go back to get it fixed today.

Inconsiderate customer service. And an online checkin system that is clearly broken. I will never visit great clips again.

At first I was kind of skeptical about going to this location but once I ride I got a great welcome from young lady named Melody and she did an outstanding job with my haircut and I recommend her to all my friends.
