I have relied upon Great Clips for a decade or more for a reliable, respectable, professional atmosphere providing a satisfactory consistent haircut every time. I usually end up having a conversation with the barber/stylist which makes the experience always pleasant. There are locations in most every city with your specific preference stored in the mainframe computer system letting the stylist know, and always ask if you want the same as last cut, how you like your haircut. I met a unique gentleman, Dusty, from North Charleston SC at the Centre Pointe location. Very professional, casual(in a comfortable way) and he taught me a few things about the city while chatting during my haircut. If you're ever in the North Charleston SC area and need a haircut, just DOWNLOAD THE GREAT CLIPS App and check yourself in. That easy! The App is user friendly and provide all the necessary information (nearest location, hours of operation, etc...) providing the option to get directions with a map allowing you to view the nearest location and the expected wait at each location. What else needs to be said...? Lol. They offer products in their locations and at times offer a $5.00 sale for your haircut. Long post about Great Clips but Dusty did a great job and the experience is in the company name. Thanks again Dusty!

I always get my hair cut at Great Clips in Tanger Outlet. The price is fabulous and I can check in online so I have a minimal wait when I arrive. The Salon Professionals do a great job and are courteous and very friendly!

Arrived for my fathers’ haircut (68yrs old) and notified of a 1.5 hr wait. Said would eat and be back. Was back in an hour and they had dropped us off the list. Added back on and then waited over an hour all while having others walk in and be seen ahead of us. Was never warned that we could be dropped from the list otherwise we would’ve simply stayed and waited. The guy that initially put us on the list acted like he didn’t even want to put us on the list in the first place. #supportourelderly

GELISA, a "stylist" at this location, should not be allowed to represent this corporation in any way. After being a loyal customer of Great Clips on a monthly basis for many years, especially this location, I have always been treated respectfully and with excellent customer service until Gelisa arrived. She was rude and prompted an attitude with me instantly. I was extremely disappointed in her lack of courtesy and professionalism and she did a poor job of representing Great Clips. She had absolutely no customer service skills. Aside from receiving the worst haircut that I have had with Great Clips, what disappointed me most was her bratty attitude. Although I will continue to be a loyal customer of Great Clips, I will never accept her again and I will tell others not to as well. Tried to refrain from publicly posting this review; however, after multiple attempts of calling this salon during business hours to speak professionally to a general manager, the phone continued to go unanswered only to receive an outdated voicemail greeting. I hate to say it, but this location is going downhill fast.

I had a wonderful experience for a long time so I have been trying not to post this review. Since July 2017 I have had my hair cut once a month, and have had to go back in to have it fixed 4 times. I tried to stay loyal because I had wonderful past experiences, it's budget friendly, and the hours are accommodating. The clip notes outline what I like in my haircut, I show pictures, and even talk them through it. Somehow it still gets messed up. Today was no exception. I used the app, came in and waited. The man who cut my hair didn't read the clip notes. I had to walk him through it and show pictures. He still messed it up. He said it was because it was without the product I use. He didn't offer product like I have always been offered before. He said he texturized my hair, but it doesn't feel texturized. He didn't blow dry the little hairs away or brush them off. I didn't even bother bringing it up. I have lost all faith in the company.
