I've been in here multiple time and every time they seem to be out of whatever product I'm looking for at the time. I'd understand if it we're on sale and in demand but some things I'm just reupping and consistently they are out. It's not even worth trying anymore. Go to the Mount Pleasant one. They are better stocked.

The staff here are very involved when it comes to assisting their customers. I had some issues matching myself with a foundation but two of the sales reps definitely stepped in and helped me out and also recommended a few other products. I will be shopping here more often.

I visited Ulta to purchase a birthday present for my sister. I was approached by an associate asking if I needed help.. showed her the make-up kits I was looking for & she immediately took me to they were located. Unfortunately, they didn't have the kit I went for, but she showed me what was available. Excellent customer service!!!

My gosh this place is fun to visit! Sometimes itâ€™s hard to find some employee assistance when the store is busy, but usually everyone is super friendly. The selection is great, too. I recommend trying out the salon!

Had the pleasure of getting my hair colored today by Holly! It is freaking amazing yâ€™all. She did such a great job and her knowledge and skill set is out of this world! I came in as a walk in with two different photos that were basically the opposite of each other and she made it happen for me! All the staff was friendly, everyone was laughing and having a good time. Awesome environment to be in.
