Wonderful place! Melissa is masterful and provided the best massage I've ever had!!! The front desk workers were attentive, kind, patient, and helpful. I will return! Random SN: Some of the other patrons were... 'odd'... They were staring at me but would quickly avert their eyes when I made eye contact. I noticed it with several different folks. I thought I was going mad; however, when my husband visited a few days later he noticed similarly weird behavior. Maybe its because the locale is 'ritzy' and they're unaccustomed to the commoner. (That was a joke)

Went for a hot stone massage for the first time and had an amazing experience! I was extremely nervous but the staff made me feel welcome, and comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else for a massage!

I had my hair messed up at another salon and Urban Nirvana got me in the same day to fix it, which was very impressive! Chealsea done my cut & she done it absolutely perfect!! I look forward to going back to get color next month. I will be going to see Ms. Chealsea for all of my hair needs from this point on!
