I went her 3-4 years ago to get micro braids. I got them they took around a whole school day to get done. This was my first time getting braid extensions "professionally". The day before I stopped by to get an appointment. They asked what time I told them 8:30AM. Got there at 8:30 and they weren't even there. Now that I'm looking I see they open at 9AM, they didn't even bother to tell me that. They don't even have an appointment book. Because as it telling them they didn't even bother to write anything down in a book nor a phone. So after I got my braids, I remember my braids coming out from my edge with my hair intact with the root. Wasn't entirely their fault but my edges still have bald spots and haven't grown back since. Plus, when you go back to get the edges redone, instead of them just taking the braids a loose from the ends they cut where they want and just take it a loose. My hair is long and always has been, you can't just cut at the braid anywhere you want when you can't even see where my real hair is. I did not care of the experience, I thought they were unprofessional, and my hair came out. The only positive is that my hair did look decent, lasted a long time...before my braids came out.

The shop is dirty, the worker's are really loud. The service was terrible. Wish I.also read the reviews before getting my hair appointment at this place.

Got 3 fed-in braids and they look horrible ! Not to mention the power went out ! I have only 3 braids and they are thin ! Will NEVER go here again. Highly disappointed ðŸ˜¡
