A 5 star experience!! I have been searching for a great men's salon since moving to SC 2.5 years ago. I have finally found it! I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 10:30 appointment with Brooke Lau and was not only greeted with a smile, but immediately offered a choice of beverage and an immediate start to my appointment. A successful salon is all about the people and Brooke is definitely 5 star! She actually really cares about what she does and what you look like when she is finished. She listens to what you want and goes over the top paying attention to even the smallest details to ensure that hair and beard are done perfectly. I was even more amazed that she sharpened the straight razor to ensure a perfect shave. I can't tell you how many shaves I have endured with a dull blade. As for the salon itself, it is a superb redo of an old home and the atmosphere is perfect, from the large picture window styling area, to the comfortable sitting area complete with oversize chairs and TV. I made my follow up appointment and will definitely look forward to the 1.5 hour drive and the long term relationship with this salon and stylist!

When I arrived for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprized at the ambiance and greeted with a warm smile. Ashley introduced herself, we discussed and looked at pictures in my phone, which gave her the info she needed to meet or exceed my expectations and Ashley exceeded 100%. If you are looking for an outstanding experience and service like myself, Frank''s Gentlemens Salon is the Choice.

I called up to the location on Augusta Road and was given an appointment time within the same hour of the phone call. That's amazing! I walk in and I'm greeted with a smile and both ladies called me by my name instead of an appointment time. I was immediately offered drinks and a nice bourbon on the rocks. As I'm basking in the ambiance of this stunning place, I walk into an amazing barbershop setup. My jaw dropped as I saw the floor to ceiling window and the comfortable seat awaiting me. Haley Prince was a gem. She cut off my viking-esque long hair with excellent precision and attention to detail. I left with more self confidence and self esteem than when I walked in the door. Thank you so much!!! This is definitely a place to visit again and again.

Amazing place to get a haircut and have a drink. Staff is super helpful. I've even got my wife going to the Agusta Place Salon right next door. Same owners and really the same staff. Enjoy a drink while you have your haircut and get a scalp massage with your shampoo. Costs more than your regular quick haircut places but the environment, staff, and wuality if cut you get is well worth the cost.

Used to go to the downtown store, but the Augusta store is closer. Super pleased with the service. Brooke is an awesome hair dresser. Haven't had a bad haircut yet!
